Delivery Timeframes:
- Dhaka Metropolitan Area: 1–2 business days.
- Outside Dhaka (Nationwide): 3–5 business days.

Delivery Charges:
- Inside Dhaka: ৳60–৳80
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120–৳150
- Free delivery may apply on orders above a certain amount (as advertised).

Courier Partners:
- We use trusted courier services including Pathao, Steadfast, and Redx.

Order Tracking:
- A tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Important Notes:
- Deliveries are not made on public holidays.
- In case of delays due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you in advance.
