Eligibility for Returns:
- Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Size exchanges are allowed once, subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or worn products.
- Items with missing or damaged original packaging or tags.
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
Refund Policy:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to Request a Return:
1. Contact us via our Facebook Page or WhatsApp with your Order ID and photos of the item.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
3. Once approved, send the item via courier to our address.
